What's New

You can now automate stream operations with a built-in scheduling system. Set it once and let the platform handle the rest.

Five Action Types

Each schedule runs one of five actions:

Action What it does Start stream Starts your entire playout at a specific time Stop stream Stops the playout gracefully Switch playlist Changes to a different playlist at the scheduled time Start destination Starts streaming to a specific platform (e.g. go live on YouTube at 8 PM) Stop destination Stops a single destination without affecting the rest

One-Time or Recurring

  • One-time schedules — trigger once at a specific date and time

  • Recurring schedules — repeat on a pattern using cron expressions (e.g. every weekday at 9 AM, every Sunday at midnight)

Cron expressions give you full control over complex patterns. The UI shows a human-readable preview of what the expression means.

Use Cases

  • Start your stream every morning, stop it every night — simulate a broadcast schedule

  • Switch to a weekend playlist on Fridays — different content for different days

  • Go live on TikTok only during peak hours — start/stop individual destinations on a timer

  • Run a 24/5 stream — stop on Saturday, restart on Monday

How to Set Up

  1. Open your stream's Schedule tab

  2. Click Add Schedule

  3. Choose the action type

  4. Set the time (one-time) or cron expression (recurring)

  5. Save — the schedule runs automatically
