How does Live Studio billing work?
Your subscription covers your 24/7 channel and includes a pool of Live Studio hours per channel, per month. You only spend hours when you're actually live with camera on. Preview, scene setup, and warmup are always free. Once your included hours are used up, additional minutes are billed per minute at your plan's overage rate (shown on each pricing card). What counts toward my Live Studio hours?
Only LIVE minutes count: the time your studio is broadcasting with camera, guests, or scenes on air. We do NOT meter preview, scene rehearsal, engine warmup, paused recordings, or your 24/7 channel playout. If your channel is looping a playlist, that time is included in your subscription, not your studio pool.
What happens if I run out of Live Studio hours?
On paid plans, additional minutes are billed at your tier's per-minute overage rate (visible on each pricing card) and added to your next invoice. There's no hard cutoff: your show keeps going. On free trials there is no overage, so once the included pool is depleted you'll need to upgrade before starting another live session. Preview always stays free.
