Every Part of Your 24/7 YouTube Stream, Listed and Live
The YouTube panel now lists every broadcast of a 24/7 stream with its watch link, and the new broadcast after each 11-hour switch goes live on its own within seconds.
What's New
With Start a new broadcast every 11 hours on, a 24/7 stream on YouTube becomes a new video twice a day, so YouTube keeps every recording. Until now there was no easy way to find those videos again from playout.video.
The YouTube panel now has an Archive parts list:
One row per broadcast, newest first, with when it started and ended
A link to watch each one on YouTube
Live for the broadcast your stream is going to now, Saved for parts the 11-hour switch ended, so YouTube keeps their recording
The AI assistant can read the same list, so you can ask it where yesterday's parts are, or whether the current one is live.
Fixed: New Broadcasts Staying on "Upcoming"
After the 11-hour switch, the new broadcast could stay on Upcoming while your stream kept sending video, so viewers saw nothing until the stream was restarted.
That is fixed. Your stream now reconnects to YouTube for each new broadcast, which takes a few seconds, usually under 10, and the new broadcast goes live on its own. If your stream is stuck on Upcoming right now, stop it, wait 15 seconds, and start it again.
