What's New

We're shipping the most-requested feature of the past year: a visual calendar for programming your stream.

Create a new Scheduled Stream, drag videos, playlists, and compositions onto a weekly grid, and your channel runs itself, automatically, on the times you set, every week, forever.

It's TV-style programming for the streaming era. Set it once. Watch it run.

What You Can Do

Drag-and-Drop Programming

Open the Calendar and you see a familiar weekly grid, Monday through Sunday, hour by hour. Drag any video, playlist, or composition from your media library onto a time slot. The block sizes itself to the content's duration (or a custom duration you set).

Recurring Programming

Mark any block as recurring, daily, weekly, monthly, and it runs forever on that schedule. Build out an entire week of programming in an hour, then never touch it again.

Mix Content Types

Each calendar block can be:

  • A single video (e.g., a sermon, a tutorial, a recorded show)

  • A playlist (e.g., a music block, a clip compilation)

  • A composition (e.g., a branded segment with overlays)

  • An overlay template assigned to a content block

Slot Behavior: Loop or Play Once

For each block, choose:

  • Loop: the content plays on repeat for the entire slot duration

  • Play Once: the content plays once, end-to-end. The slot end auto-fits to the content length.

Loop is great for music blocks ("ambient lo-fi 09:00–12:00"). Play Once is great for fixed-duration shows ("Tuesday 7pm interview, 45 minutes long").

Fallback Content

Pick what plays during gaps in the calendar, a default playlist, a standby video, a slate, or a black screen. Your channel never goes silent.

Hot Reload While Live

Edit the calendar while your stream is running. Changes apply on the next slot transition, no restart, no downtime.

Why It Matters

Until now, programming a 24/7 channel meant hand-managing playlists. Want different content in the morning vs. evening? Switch the playlist manually. Want a special show on Tuesdays? Remember to swap it. Want a marathon every Friday? Build it from scratch each week.

The Calendar replaces all of that. You program your week visually, mark what recurs, and walk away.

A few things this unlocks:

  • TV-style programming: Saturday morning kids' content, Tuesday evening interviews, Sunday morning service

  • Time-zone-aware schedules: different blocks for different parts of the day

  • Marathon weekends: a Friday-night film festival on a recurring schedule

  • Sermon archive scheduling: past sermons rotated through the week

  • Music programming: different genres for different parts of the day, like a radio station

How to Open It

  1. Click Create Live Stream from your dashboard

  2. Choose Scheduled Stream as the stream type

  3. Open the new stream, the Calendar is right there in the main view

  4. Start dragging content onto the grid
